Membership Application Process

Message from The SCC’s General Manager and the Board of Directors

We appreciate your expression of interest in becoming a member of Schuylkill Country Club. The Schuylkill Country Club is a nice escape from reality and we would love for you to be a part of our family here at Schuylkill. The golf course, employees, club functions, our delicious food, and the lasting friendships make Schuylkill Country Club a no brainer!

Please use the information provided here to help answer your questions.

Application Forms for membership may be requested from our Membership Director, Maggie Burkhardt. A completed application for membership must be signed by the applicant member and spouse where applicable. Membership to the Schuylkill Country Club is only granted through sponsorship.

The endorsement of two existing voting members must be obtained in order for your application to be considered. If you are new to the area and lack these contacts call, Herb Redman at 570-366-0622 and schedule an appointment with him to assist you. A non-refundable application fee of $50.00 is due with the submission of application. This can be paid for by personal check, credit card or added to membership account.

Properly completed applications are considered for acceptance at our Board of Director's meetings which are generally held on the last Tuesday of each month, after which a vote is held by the general membership. This is typically a two month process during which you are able to use the club as a "pending member".

The Board will review membership applications presented to them for consideration by the Membership Director and will approve each member to be placed on a ballot for a vote by the Bond Holding Members of The Club. After the membership vote, your application will be up for final approval at the following Board Meeting. Once approved by the Board you will receive a welcome letter in the mail to be followed with a new member orientation by Mr. Redman. Schuylkill Country Club does not discriminate against applicants/or membership because of age, gender, religion, race or national origin.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at 570-366-0622 with any questions about membership or the application process to become a member at the Schuylkill Country Club.

Thank you for your interest in Schuylkill Country Club. We look forward to reviewing your application.
